The High Speed Rail (Preparation) Act financial report is published today (13 October 2016) under Section 2 of the High Speed Rail (Preparation) Act 2013. The report covers the period from 1 April 2015 to 31 March 2016.

A copy of the report will be placed in the libraries of both Houses.
