News story: The Postal Administration (Scotland) Rules 2016

The Postal Administration (Scotland) Rules 2016 came into force on 1 October 2016.

The rules explain the Postal Administration regime for companies subject to a Postal Administration order made by the courts in Scotland. The application will come from the Secretary of State or Ofcom with the Secretary of State’s approval.

These rules don’t apply to England and Wales or Northern Ireland.

If you’re an Insolvency Practitioner involved in a Postal Administration, use the correct forms and deliver them to Companies House.
