News story: Animal medicines seizure: Aquatic Chemicals Limited trading as Technical Aquatic Products (TAP)

359 aquatic products were seized as they were not compliant with the Veterinary Medicines Regulations.

These included unauthorised products, expired products and products with labelling not compliant with Schedule 6 (exemption of small pet animals).

The labelling issues included misleading treatment statements, incorrect address details and no batch or expiry dates.
