This notice was issued to Meditech UK as they were;

• advertising on their website unauthorised veterinary medicinal products (VMPs), and also authorised VMPs for species not included in the Marketing Authorisation
• manufacturing and placing on the market products which are not compliant with Schedule 6 (Exemptions for small pet animals)

The improvements required are:

• Products advertised on the Meditech UK website are to be advertised correctly and in the appropriate sections of the website
• Non-compliant products and unauthorised products to be made complaint with Schedule 6 requirements or to be withdrawn from sale.
