Misleading advert promoting avoidance scheme must be pulled, orders watchdog

The Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) has upheld HMRC’s complaint that advertising of a tax avoidance scheme by promoter CDP Tax & Wealth Ltd, which trades as Fiducia Wealth and Tax, contains misleading claims.
