This notice was issued to iForce Ltd as the prescribing of NFA-VPS products was not carried out by a SQP in accordance with the Veterinary Medicines Regulations (VMR).

The improvements required are for:

  • The prescribing of NFA-VPS products to be carried out with the SQP having full knowledge of original online questionnaire response and in accordance with the VMR.
