HMRC is holding research sessions with agents to learn how the trusts and estates service could be improved. It would like to hear from agents interested in participating in the research covering:

  experiences of trusts and estates online registrations, focusing on common issues; and
• 
  prototype testing of potential changes to features and design of the service.
