UK tax system is the second most effective in the G20

The UK has the second most effective tax system in the G20 for the ease of paying business taxes, although remains outside the global top 20, according to the latest Paying Taxes report published by PwC and The World Bank Group. Canada, which has the most effective tax system in the G20, ranked 19th overall. For the second year running, the UK was ranked 23rd.
